Thrifty mum gets rid of a giant crack in her bathroom sink using easy ‘repair kit’ and saves herself hundreds

A WOMAN has impressed homeowners by taking matters into her own hands when her bathroom sink got a giant crack.

Savvy Denise Isaacs, from Wales, fully restored the sink to new using a DIY repair kit which saved her hundreds of pounds.

Taking to the Facebook group Hinch Army House Decorating Inspiration And Tips, the homeowner said: “OMG!!! Look how I’ve mended my sink!!!!!

“I’m going to start a new business!”

She shared before and after photos of the large crack, after using a Cramer repair kit for enamel, acrylic and ceramic surfaces.

Instead of forking out for a new sink, she was able to completely transform it to look like new by using the filling, sandpaper and spray in the kit.
